In this week’s episode of Faith On Campus I interview Mikey Lynch, the campus director of the Christian group at the University of Tasmania. Mikey Lynch shares with us how he became a Christian during a ‘mini revival’, where dozens of people came to faith in Jesus in a short period of time. Out of this movement of extraordinary conversions and zeal a new church was founded, with Mikey one of the ‘elders’ at the young age of 21.
Mikey also shares with us how he transitioned into campus ministry after about a decade leading that church, and some of the encouraging things he’s seen God doing among uni students in Tasmania.
By the way, keep an eye out for next week, when we’ll have Mikey Lynch back with us on the podcast to share about an exciting new book he’s writing about parachurch ministries and how they fit into the bigger picture.
